Pay Your Rent Online! - Instructions for All
Communities
As a resident of a Cambridge Partners Community, you are
now able to pay your rent online with your debit card, credit
card or automatic payments from your checking account. You
can even set up recurring payments from your checking account
so your rent will never be late!
Use your credit card to earn Airline Miles or other rewards!
Just go to www.cambridgepartnersinc.com
to register using the following steps:
- Click on the link that says “Pay your rent
online!” from the home page.
- Set up your User Name and Password- Click on the “Register”
button.
- You may also register with your Resident ID which is
your "tenant code" in Yardi (Cambridge Partners’
property management software system) Please contact your
leasing office to obtain this number.
- Once you have entered either your abbreviated unit address
or your Resident ID, you will then be able to create your
personal user name and password. Please remember this information,
because you will use it to log in for future use (you won’t
need your Resident ID or address when you sign in after
the initial registration).
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $15 convenience fee for
paying with a credit card at Woodland Creek & Wyndham
Hill. The convenience fee at Franklin Mill, Woodbridge, Oak
Valley & Pinery Woods is $10. This is charged if you pay
by credit or debit with your Mastercard, Visa or Discover
Card. There is no convenience fee charged if you set up recurring
payments from a checking account.
PLEASE NOTE: For the initial account registration
you will need to enter your apartment address as it is input
into our property management data system, Yardi. After you
have initially registered you will not need this information
again because you will sign in using your personal user name
and password that you have created.
Woodland Creek Residents: Your address
must be input using the following format:
- For example, if your address was 4003 Woodland Creek Drive
Apt. 204 it would be abbreviated to 4003W204;
- 3324 Pine Meadow Dr Apt. 301 would be 3324P301; 3011 South
Creek Dr Apt 101 would be 3011S101 etc.
- (Use your building number, abbreviated street name, apartment
number).
Woodbridge Residents: Your address must
be input using the following format:
- 3008 Woodbridge Drive Apt. 101 would be abbreviated as:
3008101;
- 3016 Woodbridge Dr. Apt. 202 would be 3016202, etc.
- (Use your building number and apartment number).
Wyndham Hill Residents: Your address must
be input using this format:
- If your address was 1839 Wyndham Hill Dr Apt. 103 it would
be abbreviated to: 1839103;
- 2013 Wyndham Hill Dr Apt 102 would be 2013102 etc.
- (Use your building number and apartment number).
Franklin Mill Residents: Your address must
be input using this format:
- If your address was 3840 Mayfield Dr Apt. 1C it would
be abbreviated to 38401C,
- 3850 Mayfield Ave Apt. 1N would be 38501N etc.
- (use your building number and apartment number and letter).
Pinery Woods Residents: Your address must
be input using this format:
- If your address was 2223 Michael Apt. 1 it would be abbreviated
to: 2223001;
- 2233 Michael Apt. 11 would be 2233011
- (Use your building number, a zero and then your apartment
number).
Oak Valley Residents: Your address must
be input using this format:
- Your address must be input using the building letter rather
than the building number.
- For example if you live at 2847 Oak Valley Apt. 1, which
is the "A" building, you will input your abbreviated
address as: A0001(Building letter, followed by 3 zeros and
the apartment number).
- If you live at 2880 Oak Valley Apt 101, which is the "B"
building, your abbreviated address would be B0101
