If, within 30 days of your move-in, you experience a problem that we cannot satisfy, or for any reason you are dissatisfied with your new home, you may transfer within the community or to one of our other properties, or vacate your apartment within the first 30 days without any lease penalties. You will also receive a refund of your security deposit, providing the apartment is in good condition. The security deposit will be refunded to you upon inspection of the apartment within 30 days of your move-out date.
