Please note that in light of recent events, we will be adding a Neighborhood Watch meeting to our Resident Appreciation week which will occur the week of August 22-26. Details will be posted as they become available.

Please be aware that over the weekend of August 8 & 9, we had multiple reports of cars being broken into. Please be certain to file a police report if this happens to you. And, as always, please call the Kentwood police department if you witness any suspicious activity. You are encouraged to call the office AFTER calling the police.

Hours would be for now, 15 per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 12 to 5 pm. This person needs to be the extrovert type, someone that is comfortable around strangers, and has no reservations in making outgoing telephone calls. Telephone skills would be paramount. I think this person would need the same type skill set you look for in your leasing agents! The pay is around 10 per hour for starting, and certainly the hours and the pay will be increasing subject to training and goal accomplishments!
