You can now fill out and submit service requests for all properties online. Go to the Cambridge partners website, and under the “Resident Services” tab, look for “Work order”. Choose your property, fill in the form, and submit.

If anyone has receive service from a Cambridge employee that they feel should be rewarded for going “above and beyond”, please fill one of these out and drop it off at the office.

AT&T recently sent out a letter to all DSL users saying they would need to be shut off due to contract conflicts. I have cleared this misunderstanding and a new letter will be sent out tomorrow saying it was sent in error and their DSL will not be interrupted. They will need to disconnect anyone on Uverse but there are only a handful. If those residents call, the conflict is because AT&T is using the cabling for video that is exclusive to SST so ONLY video is affected by this.
