Tree clearing for the upcoming sewer project is expect to begin on about May 17. No road closures are expected, but there will be equipment noises during daytime operations. We do not yet know exactly where this work will be beginning.

They just knocked down half the wooded area behind 3318 Pine Meadow, including some very big, old trees, over 2 feet thick and 100 feet tall. What a terrible waste. They don’t need to cut down this many trees to fit a sewer line.

Even though I’ve been here for years, I will NOT be renewing my lease because of this bs. It expires in August.

The wooded view, with all the wildlife (turkeys, every kind of songbird, woodpeckers, woodchucks, etc) was the reason I chose this apartment. Without it, this place is just overpriced.

I wonder if Woodland Creek is going to get compensated from the city for the tenants they’re going to lose. They probably should.
